Kitchen:

All counters, outside of cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and other appliances cleaned. Sink cleaned and polished. Garbage bin emptied. Floor mopped, baseboards and edges wiped as needed. Dishwasher loaded.

Living Room:

Furniture dusted/polished, pictures dusted, glass on TV cleaned, shelves and/or outside of cabinets dusted, glass on tables cleaned, floor swept/vacuumed, lamp shades dusted, baseboards and edges wiped as needed.

Occasionally, some of the above items may be substituted with other items that may require cleaning (eg. windows may be cleaned, fingerprints washed from walls and switch plates, cobwebs removed from ceiling and walls etc.)
